If articles do not load
- Confirm that the iPhone has a working internet connection.
- Pull down on Lens or The Wire to request a refresh.
- Close and reopen Cupertino Lens if a loading state does not recover.
- If the problem continues, include the affected article or feed name when contacting support.
Saved and offline reading
Use the bookmark control in an article to add it to Saved. Saved text remains available locally. Some remotely hosted images can still require a network connection.
Notifications
Open Settings in Cupertino Lens and enable new-essay alerts. If alerts were previously denied, open the iPhone Settings app, choose Notifications, then Cupertino Lens, and allow notifications there.
The Wire
The Wire presents publisher headlines, short summaries, and attribution. Choosing an item opens the full article on the publisher’s website. If one source is temporarily unavailable, other sources and the most recent cached timeline can remain available.
Contact support
Include the iPhone model, iOS version, Cupertino Lens version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not include passwords, notification tokens, or other sensitive information.
